back to singlehood..it feels the same..just w/o someone for me to sms n call freely..not that I can get a response immediately or fast enough in the past..so..its still ok..2wks have since past my breakup..yesterday was the 1st time in the 2wks that i spend in spore..been on such a long trip overseas..den i realise that i can choose to slp at watever time i like. without any restrictions to wait for my phone to ring..i have not had tis kind of freedom for v long le. i dun need to wait for the someone to reach home or leave office..in all..i dun have to wait anymore.
was reading thru the pte blog last nite..saw that blog was dead in jun..ironically the last entry was by me..scolding him. read thru all the entries we had over the 2yrs..den i realised that in my entry i was always asking him to come home earlier...i actually requested him to be home by 1030 just once or twice a mth will do..i dun even rem this request le..cos it nv came thru i guess..read thru all the beginning entries..n recalled that it was the sweetest then..that we wanted to meet up everyday..another ironic fact cos we dun have this feeling anymore.
so many things that was once promised seems so far away..n my old symptoms are back again..tat guys cannot be trusted..n i shldn believe in them..in the 1st place?

i'm into the 9th mth in my current job...act gotten to noe the officers in my dept quite well..am good fren wif one of them. who is 8 yrs older den me..tat i act ren him as my bro haha. he v nice..somehow we can click n so there it goes..
this wk is abit busy..gg mj tmlnite plus attend colleague wedding this sun...not the v close one but work toge before..cos its sun i abit lazy to go...but already promised le..so cannot fan hui..
bf is sick..just came back from his place,hope he'll be fine tml! worried esp we just came back from bangkok on mon! he cant be so suay rite!!
i really think working is v draining of my brain power...this job is alot more stress den what i tot it will be...already feel like quitting le haha...but cannot...must ren! u noe hor...on sun nite i will wo fail keep waking up thru out the nite one leh....am i too stressed??! who ever who say govt job is nua is not true ok!! its really not easy!
so tired le..*yawn*
my next hol is in dec....haven decide where to go...but will definitely go!
when i quit this job, toge wif wendy, we'll go for a 2wks tour before starting our new work toge this time. a yr ago i was too gan jiong...to have jump into work force so fast...2yrs later (forecast May 2010) i shall take a mth's break from work! *looking forward to it*

i noe i have not been blogging for darn long lah! haha! just nice today got the feeling so here i am.
this has been a v v busy mth! i stayed in office till 8plus to fin the stupid quarter report plus there was the planning forum on the 1st wk of July. glad the forum is over, report has been endorsed but still got changes to be made...n...the no of times i kena scoldings from my boss is countless lah. working at a military place is really strict...tat's something tat i still dun like n cannot n i refuse to get used to it! y shld i rite??! hais...bitching abit but hor...really cannot tahan lah. putting aside...i have been thinking wat's the kind of job i really like?? hmmm.. now cannot job hop again lah, can only stay...but it doesnt hurt to think rite?? =)

after work met sis at orchard! had this telemarketer who called me up n offer a free trial of classic mani ($5), pedi ($6) or wax($7) n i chose pedi! n i brought along my sis for the trial, y not leh haha since so cheap =) the svs really good, the place is call wax in the city and its at the new shopping mall - orchard central 181 somerset. not bad lah, really v posh. n guess wat? my sis n i shared the package at $44 mthly for e next 12mths. hmm i'm reall spending quite a bit of $$. but we rationalise that we can use for 25 pedi and the person throw in 1 free mani n pedi spa n so...haha. there will be an outlet coming up at parkway with salon as well, we bought it mainly cos we can do our hair there a member price. n yes we also had sakae again! 3rd time for the mth! due to the OCBC 1-for-1 red plate offer haha! v worth ah thou it is limit to max of 3 free plates, but its enough to fill our stomach!

today met jasmine ast 2plus to get my long waited slipper. its the 1st time we are gg out toge! not for tuition ot to study but just out to shop! got a pair of black slipper at myphosis n i wore it on immediately! next we went to the etthusia birthday party(its jas's bday!) n she can bring along a fren ie me n get a free door gift. sadly we were quite disappointed with the door gift as we were expecting some samples but..its only a duck hp keychain n a duck cookie =( there was the makeup demo where we really learnt alot, things that i nv noe n bother to find out haha. but it was tiring as there wasnt any seats as expected n we have to stand for like 50min to see the live demo. n my comment is...makeup do wonders, there's only lazy woman n no ugly woman loh.
next we took bus to parkway to meet up with bel n say for jas's cele. took bus 32 and so we need to walk to parkway through roxy. passed by a foot reflex shop n saw tat its $10 for 20min n cos my feet were so suan lah (due to running after bus after work on thur) n so i went in haha! jas din wan...at first but den after my psycho tat since she's waiting, might as well do lah =) my feet feels gd man! den say was 45min late n poor bel was waiting for us at east coast alr! had 2 bowling games n it was fun lah! (i'll upload e photos shortly due to connection error haha) we met this indian gal (teenager lah), she's so childish n gei gao n we had so much laughs out of her lah. cos she our neighbouring lane, she has this orange ball that she really hug with her man. n she will divide our balls each time it roll up from the alley. my god n oh yes we manage to touch this super orange ball at e end but sadly it broke my nail!! argh!! den we went to play arcade n bel n jas happily told a stunned say n i tat we are playng the DDR n parapara. lame man! n bel is the ah lian among us haha! she can handle both games like so gd lah =)we had late dinner at hk cafe at east coast n the food was okay only n had our usual chit chat n thanks to xaiver, he gave us a lift to marine parade and we took bus back. it was already 11pm. I quickly went home n bathe n rush out for my mj session with bf at his fren place and man i was s o tired can! we played from 1230 to 730am..manytimes towards the back i was dozing off le. n half way thru i had LS! from the lime juice i guess, n the game paused for 30min to wait for me. after my LS i lose thru out the feng..must be cos my fortune all flushed down the toilet bowl le. reached home at 8am n slept till 12pm n guess wat, have the mj session with bf, wendy n my dad. haha dad won the most n i won $5. poor bf n wendy were here to lose money haha. ok i'm off to dinner le n i got a sad news! mr ho hospitalised leh! dunno when he will be discharged! sian, how (mr ho is my section head)...how how??!! our multiyr report not clear yet leh! haix!! =X

suddenly feeling v emotional...was looking thru frens' blog earlier on...saw sharon's one...suddenly feel tat we have drifted v far apart...she's enjoying her current life..jus like she has always been...but just tat we used to celebrate birthdays toge...but not this yr..hmmm not also hers...also when i look thru at frens' facebook etc, at their photos..suddenly feel that i v fren less.. haha....
bf told me tat worklife is like tat..tend to drift apart. but i guess myself is also the cause..i v seldom ask ppl out, v lazy to and sometimes after work is really quite tired. plus tied dwn with tuitions. Actually is really v hard to juggle.
looking at my diff frens grp:
zhu peng gou you - when was the last time we celebrated our bdays on time? or how often we meet...when was the last time we went out for dinner? how many times did our outing planning fail?? (many)
--> jas: lucky we stay near each other if not ah...haha. we often meet to study n even to go tuitions together but all these yrs we nv went out shopping!
lim n nona: haha one of the few grps of fren i wld tink we meet up quite ok. cos of active lim who will ask us out =)
ss n sharon: wow v long nv meet..actually i did reply to sharon a sms (after she wished me happy bday) asking if wanna meet up with ss soon...but no reply (mayb nv receive?)
uni frens: we do meet up sometimes during festive period
--> wendy: the most frequent person i meet... at least once a mth.
huiren: we met up a mth ago! n we aim to meet once every 3mths =)
haiz...seems quite pathetic hor...so i decided....to calll my frens out for dinner as much as possible....frens u all can ask me out one...i will go as much as possible one....dun tink i v bo chap ok?

hmmm..looks like no one is reading my blog when i'm consistently updating? haha. anyway super glad that wk end is here! yeah! this whole wk cannot say is v hectic, but still clearing work, preparing to close FY.
the most happening thing was on thur. My boss called my section head(SH) n i into the room, he looked angry, super pissed face. The document was prepared by me and was already endorsed by all the big shots including himself. My boss angrily asked where is this bah bah, why is it not in the document file (tat i prepared). I was stunned! n thinking oh no did i miss this out??! But my boss was questioning my SH n not me. My SH was of course stumped as he nv check my work this time n i slowly flipped to the next page n heng ah!! i got prepare loh...cos the pages stick toge hence when my boss flipped, it went straight to the end. PHEW! lucky i nv hai my SH. haha! anyway there is some issues abt my confirmation. cos i need to attend this compulsory course within 6mths, due to staffling issues, i can only attend in may n my confirmation date is actually in bet the course date. my boss is helping me to fight for exact day confirmation as he dun wan to cause any downstream in my career (due to delay of 3days)..v nice of him. so tat's my wk. wendy just sms me that she can go on a holiday with me from end april to may hehe! so excited! a break coming up soon! we'll be gg to the natas fair next wk =) gg to watch jasmine's performance at blackbox tml nite =)

Had dinner at urban east bistro restaurant at esplanade. Actually i planned to eat at sourpuss..even made reservations..but no one attended to us when we reached, say is free seating (so y reserve in the 1st place?)and we ask to order food but the person nv came. so we went off and found urban east bistro rest.

k the urban grill may looks gd, but its not nice loh, cos the waitress came to help us cook and she just left the steak on the hot grill and left. we only realised a while later to transfer the food to plate but was too late! the steak was overcooked - n so it wasnt nice anymore. only 2 prawns and scallops with steak..expensive..cost 18.90. simply not worth the price. The cutlet was gd. v crispy n more worth while - $14.90.
k bf was playing afool...gave me this bear on the train and told me this is his bear for 10years..so he's giving it to me as v day present. when i saw the yellow stain on the beare nose...i nearly went crazy! (this explain y i posed the shooting bear photo.)haha! i bought him a red cuff link.
well the staff offered to take a photo for us without us asking..not bad =)
ok lah, he hide the ring below the bear shirt tied by a ribbon...is a new ring..tat's is sleek and lighter den the previous one. with engraving inside.
went singing at chai chee cc before that! 2-7pm happy hour - only $8 each (student price hehe)
it comes with 2 bb tea - totally worth it!

and we went for a movie called valkyrie by tom cruise..din noe wat show it was but was the few available movie with seats. haiz sat on the side of first row...ended up with strained neck..and the screen din expand as it was supposed to be.. it was a ww2 movie..abt hitler...it left bf n i thinking y r we watching a sad show on v day lol.
took cab home after tat...and all these cabs are really irritating...it was 1145pm...all cab went missing if not on call...n as expected..the moment the clock strikes 12...we spotted a cab at 1201am...faint..was glad to board a cab as my feets were hurting from heels....n finally home sweet home.
oh ya! my sis is attached le! finallyhaha! happy for her
Jurong pt on 7-2-09
yea was supposed to meet uop with ntu friends for cny celebration, but organiser disappeared n so wendy n i decided to go ahead with our cny celebration since the day was already set aside =)
i act had family day at downtown east in the morning, brought my mummy along to eat lunch haha. i joined the bowling competition and heng ah...nv hai my team get last if not ah, got a wooden trophy for last team!
next met up with wendy , i wanted to go little india de..haha n told wendy if she doesnt comes up with another place to go (cos we r so sick of gg orchard n bugis), we'll proceed to little india n yes! it works! we headed to Jurong point! cant believe hor? we also...afterall must go all the way to boon lay leh! but since JP has been renovated with another extended area, we went to have a look.
wwah jp really look not bad leh, i tink the size is comparable to vivo leh. we decided to watch the wedding game n was hunting for the GV. As there was an hour before movie, we went shopping n saw this express mani at $5 and pedi at $10. wanted to do it but was fully booked. as we walked along next door, they offered at $10 and $15. haha! so tempted n so we did it =) wendy did mani n i pedi, act she wanted to do pedi de, but haiz she was wearing covered shoes n puff so cannot do.
we had the waffle icecream - which was so so only. hmmm din get to buy any thing also.my sis called me during our movie asking if she can join us for dinner (tot i was with jy) and i told her if she dun mind coming jp den we dun mind and so she came. had our dinner at japan street at jp.at...the rest name i dun rem but the food was okay.
